C. Some soldiers wanted their lives to go back to normal when they returned home, but many others wanted a new beginning or something better.
D. If I was a soldier returning home from World War II, I would take advantage of the education option. This education would help me in the long run because I would be able to get a better paying job. With the better paying job, I could get a house of my own.

C. The video portrays WWII soldiers as taking on a new beggining. They came home to almost nothing and had to recuperate and start from almost nothing. The GI bill of rights gave them the opportunity to start fresh but in a good way.
D. If i was a soldier in WWII, I would take advantage of this law. I would go to college to get an education then get a good job after college.

C.) The video portrays life of soldiers after WWII as them basically starting over. They were allowed to get an education even if they didn't have the money to and they could have a fair chance at the "American Dream".
D.) If I was a soldier coming home from WWII, I would definitely take advantage of the G.I. Bill of Rights because you were able to restart and have a fair chance of succeeding like every other American. I would apply for college first, that way there I could get a degree and then therefore get a better job which in turn would raise my salary.
